This package includes:

    • Preliminary Questionnaire – For a newborn baby, this is a comprehensive questionnaire about your baby’s sleep habits and routines that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting. (Having this information in advance helps us make the most of our time together.)
    • Private 60-Minute Consultation – We’ll discuss, in detail, newborn sleep needs and tips on ways to help your newborn establish a foundation for healthy sleep. I will help you begin to recognize the earliest signs of sleepiness, establish a good routine of feedings and form a sleep schedule for your little one.
    • Sleep Goals Plan – You will receive a tailored plan to help establish a foundation for healthy sleep for your newborn. This will include information about age-appropriate sleep needs and schedules. It will also provide tips for teaching your baby the difference between day and night, creating the right sleeping environment, strategies to encourage sleep when to expect a good night’s sleep and common sleep issues that can be easily avoided.
    • Four Follow up 15-minute Phone Calls – Please note, if our consultation is prior to your baby being born, your calls should be scheduled within the first month of your baby’s birth. If our consultation occurs after, they can be used within one month. This time will be used to answer any questions and/or address any issues or concerns you might have. Having support through the process of teaching good sleep skills is crucial. This is what set’s my program apart from a DIY, having an expert at hand to answer any questions, and help guide and support you through the process.
    • One Week of Follow up E-mails – Once we move into the second week of the plan, we will communicate through e-mail. By this point, you will likely have seen significant improvement. You will be feeling more confident with the program and the new sleep strategy as you see your child developing the healthy sleep skills necessary for a good night sleep.
    • Four Follow up E-mails – Anytime within the first 12 weeks of your baby being born to check in and to get answers to any questions that you may have.

*This package is not intended to help newborns sleep through the night. Many newborns will not be ready for longer periods of sleep until they are older and have matured physically and developmentally. Instead, this package will help you to lay the foundation for healthy sleep habits and gently guide your child towards independent sleep skills when developmentally appropriate.
