Pre-baby and Newborn Package

This option is for expecting families or families who with a newborn baby (0 to 12 weeks old).  I will provide you with knowledge about newborn sleep and some tools to help start your baby down the path to healthy sleeping habits.

This package includes:

    • Private 45-Minute Consultation – We’ll discuss, in detail, newborn sleep needs and tips on ways to help your newborn establish a foundation for healthy sleep. I will help you begin to recognize the earliest signs of sleepiness, establish a good routine of feedings and form a sleep schedule for your little one. I will also give you ideas and tips to help your newborn begin to establish healthy sleeping habits.
    • Newborn Sleep Guide – You will receive a Newborn Sleep Guide to help establish a foundation for healthy sleep for your newborn. This will include information about age-appropriate sleep needs and schedules. It will also provide tips for teaching your baby the difference between day and night, creating the right sleeping environment, strategies to encourage sleep ,when to expect a good night’s sleep and common sleep issues that can be easily avoided. The techniques in the Newborn Sleep Guide will educate you about newborn sleep and teach you how to start to foster healthy sleep habits for your baby.
    • Three Follow Up Phone Calls –We will schedule three follow up phone calls during the first 12 weeks to talk about how your baby is sleeping. Since newborn sleep changes often, we will space these calls out to every few weeks. These calls will last about 20 minutes each.This is what set’s my program apart from a DIY, having an expert at hand to answer any questions, and help guide and support you through the process.
    • Newborn Tool Kit-At the end of the 12 weeks you will receive a tool kit with information in it to help you navigate the many changes of young baby sleep.

*This package is not intended to help newborns sleep through the night. Many newborns will not be ready for longer periods of sleep until they are older and have matured physically and developmentally. Instead, this package will help you to lay the foundation for healthy sleep habits and gently guide your child towards independent sleep skills when developmentally appropriate.
