As a Certified Sleep Sense™ Consultant, I believe healthy sleep habits make for healthy children. A well-rested child is happy, energetic, playful, curious, and ready to learn. Sleep promotes growth, increases attention spans, boosts learning, and helps our bodies to fight germs to stay healthy.
I understand parents are entrusting me with their most precious thing in the world- their child- and are allowing me to help guide them through this new experience. As your child’s sleep guide, you are placing a great deal of trust in me, and I take this responsibility very seriously.
